Our online store is designed to provide you with a safe and secure environment to browse our product catalog.

We love the dolls we sell, but if you are unhappy with it we charge a 15% re-stocking  Fee.   Many dolls are no longer manufactured, so we cannot be responsible for slight defects.  All BJD dolls can be tightly or  loosely  strung and therefore may  not hold a perfect pose.  If you should send a doll back you are responsible for return shipping and insurance.  When the  doll is back you will be refunded the original price minus the re-stocking fee.  Thank you!
